Warranty and Return

30 Days Return Warranty

At Clidress, customer satisfaction is always our top priority.Our dedicated Quality Control and Quality Assurance Teams will inspect your items prior to shipping. Our product quality is guaranteed. However, you do need to carefully and accurately check your size and style before buying. Please kindly refer to the size charts or Image,details on the product page.

If you are not satisfied with the items you received, we can  arrange an exchange or a refund for you. We are here to help! 

 

  1. Return Process  

If you had any problem after you received your item, please send email to our customer service:  support@clidress.com, Once we have the complaint form back or the details, we will reply you in 48hrs,and refund will be processed in two business days. All processes are confirmed by our customer service .

To guarantee a fast and smooth warranty process:

  1. Please send us your order number and describe the issue and provide us pictures or video  that display the problem.
  2. Please do not make returns directly to the address on the package received. Please only send to the address that our customer service provided. Any return or exchange will be valid when it is accepted by our customer service center.

 

  1. Return Policy 
  2. You can return items within 30 days after delivery. 
  3. Items should not be worn out or washed and the label should be attached.No exchange or return or amending on promotional items or items on sale.
  4. We are fully or partially responsible for all following faulty items and shipping charges :

a)Damaged item(zipper malfunction, ripped or torn, obvious color difference);

  1. b) We sent incorrect size or wrong item ;
  2. c) Missing items or lost package owing to Logistics company.
  3. We are not responsible for following item,the customer is responsible for all shipping charges incurred on returned/exchanged merchandise.:

a)Buyer chose the wrong size or color,

b)Buyer does't like the item (item is not faulty).

 c)If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product. “

III. Exchange& Refund

For returned packages, we will notify customers via e-mail and the refund will be processed within 48hrs to customer's original card or paypal account after package received,We will notify you by e-mail after refund completed.

Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (this includes returns); No-restocking to be charged to the consumers for the return of the product.
